Diet for Asthma 

Old rice

Red rice

Kulith

Wheat, barley

Goat's milk

Honey

Pumpkins, Padwal

Citrus fruits

Chawli, amaranth

Raisins, Vilayachi

Add equal amount of wheat and barley in chapati and add a little ova. Take out the rice water, add 4 to 5 cloves and cook. It should be used from sunrise to sunset. Do not eat rice if it is cold outside.

Home Remedies 

Daily - Mix 15 gms of mustard oil and 15 gms of jaggery and take this mixture twice a day. Drink hot water.

A mixture of small peepal 1/2 gram, ginger 1/2 gram, 1 teaspoon ginger juice and 1 teaspoon honey - licking twice a day gives relief.

If you have trouble breathing at night - take hot water and soak both feet for 10 to 15 minutes. Doing this relieves breathing difficulties. Be sure to consult a doctor.
