Vitamin B12:

 It has chemical names like cyanocobalamin and cobramide. Vitamin B12 is deficient in animal products. It is more common in the liver and kidneys. But not in plants. This vitamin needs to be supplied from food. Daily requirement is 90 mg. Is.
