Ayurveda has included exercise in its routine and has asked to do abhyang before that. Abhyang is the act of applying oil to the whole body. It is also recommended to gently press the whole body after exercise. There is no other way to reduce obesity like exercise. Regular exercise does not make the body age faster. Even if a person who is exercising regularly eats unhealthy foods at one time or another, it does not interfere with him. Also, even if you eat a very spicy or inflammatory food at a time, it is digested. Symptoms of proper exercise include sweating, shortness of breath, and shortness of breath. Excessive exercise can lead to fatigue, mental weakness, depletion of nutrients, and frequent thirst. It also causes diseases like leprosy, asthma, cough, fever and cold.


Charakacharya says that people who have more sex, carry and carry heavy luggage, and do lean work should not exercise. Also, people who are very irritated, scared, sad or suffering should not exercise. The scriptures also say that children of vata-pitta nature, old people, persons of vataja nature, people who speak loudly or constantly or have to speak like that, people who are thirsty, hungry and indigestible should not exercise.
